Boardroom Rentals

Elevate the experience of your tastings and professional meetings or capture the essence of your food in a photo session

hosted in the Coho Coffee boardroom.

Terms of Use*

  • Capacity - A maximum of FOUR people total are permitted to enter / use the space during the booked session. Please be mindful of this limitation. (This does NOT mean that, for example, 6 participants can enter the boardroom as long as the 4 person limit is observed.)

  • Mask Policy - Consistent with our commissary kitchen policy, face masks are required to be worn in the boardroom

  • Physical distancing of 2 metres (6 ft) must be maintained between persons in the boardroom

  • Guests that are attending an event in the boardroom but that are not members of Coho must enter via the café entrance. Guests must also adhere to commissary rules and will be restricted entry unless they have met the requirements to gain access.

  • We ask that the number of ins-and-outs be kept to a minimum as traffic is disruptive to cafe operations.

  • Please respect your booking times; do not arrive early to your booking time or depart the space late as the cafe team will have scheduled sanitization between potential parties. Take into account the time required to set up and tear down when specifying your booking times.

Pre-Approved Uses

  • Meetings

  • Tastings (Max. 4 people including the server)

  • Photo / Production Shoots

To get approval for an alternative type of event, please submit a request by providing the Coho Coffee team with as much detail as possible about the proposed event you would like to host. This will help them assess whether they can accommodate your event.

How it Works

  • Complete the boardroom booking request form. (Please give us at least 72 hours notice to review and issue you an invoice for the booking.)

  • Your booking is not secure until payment is received.

* COVID-19 safety precautions currently in place. Terms of Use are subject to change without notice as required by the BC public health authority.
